I use only the best
materials when making my flags. With the exception of the sewn
checkered flag, all flags are made of 200 denier nylon. The
material resists a nominal amount of abuse and will hold up
extremely well.
I use the "Lace &
Sleeve" method to attach each flag to it's pole (staff).
This method allows for easy removal of the flag for washing
and pole replacement, should that be necessary. The "Lace
and Sleeve" attachment is the cleanest way to affix your
flag to the pole and eliminates the need for staples, screws,
or messy tape.
The checkered flag is made
of a cotton-poly blend and is sewn on every seam. This
material is perfect for embellishing with heat transfers,
embroidery, appliqué' or fabric paints.
All multi-colored flags are
stitched together and not printed! The quality is in the
details! My flags all have reinforcement stitching at every
seam.
Your custom specs are
always welcome and most custom flags sell for the same price
as similar stock flags!
My flags also feature a
pole sleeve made of canvas that slips right over the pole.
This is real handy when your corner men decide to use your
flags as a stool. The sleeve will absorb much of the abuse
your flag will receive, protecting the "business
end" of the flag. Flags with nylon sleeves just won't
withstand the abuse my flags can take.
All flags come with a
5/8" X 36" (16mm X 915mm) wooden pole (staff). The
flags are pre-mounted so they are ready to fly the day you
receive them, no assembly required.
